When we launched Savaje Rum, our handcrafted label was fully approved by the federal government (TTB). Bottles were printed. Product was poured. We were ready.

Then the government came back with a surprise: “Remove the word ‘Rum’ from under the Savaje name. And from ‘Superior Rum.’” Why? Because Savaje includes a touch of natural flavor — bold, smooth, and complex — and they wanted to reclassify it.

We had to stop production. Redesign. Reprint. Relaunch.

But before that, a limited batch was already bottled and sealed under the original label. They approved us to sell it — but we held back a small quantity of the original-labeled bottles. Only 100 are being released as part of this exclusive drop.

This is the last of the original run. It's not perfect. But it’s real.

When will my bottle ship?
Founder Edition bottles begin fulfillment shortly after pre-orders close. You’ll receive tracking info by email.

Can I choose my bottle number?
Orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received. Lower numbers go to the earliest customers.

Will this bottle be reprinted?
No. This is the original label, never to be printed again. Once the 100 are gone, they’re gone for good.
